trying things

so i was trying to do weight watchers but failed soon after with my dad's cookie....they are all finished and after this weekend i will be back on it and follow the rule as best as possible. i say after this weekend because i want to make don's casserole at a friends( don's casserole- breaded chicken, and a velveeta cheese sauce= very good and fatting). i am also working out...i started tonight the 20th of april or early morning of 21st because it is after midnight now(i already finished)....i did 60 girl push up-some shakey one and some good ones, 30 crunchs, 15 cross(elbow-knee thing) each side, 30 side crunches(each side), holding the the wall i did these semi holding them in the air and then pulling up...i did about 30, i did 30 tricep push ups, 30 lunges each leg, and butt push up....because i have a small room i can lean my lower back on my bed and my feet on my desk and i sag my butt down and then i thrush up and did 30 of thoses which killed by the way, i did 30 second of the superman-that is where you lie on your stomach and raise your arms and legs of the ground and hold them as high as you can................i think that is all i did.....ummm just to let you all know i took 10 second or 5 second breaks inbetween the set of whatever. i am also considering waking up early in the morning to go rollerblading....i will see in the morning. so now i will kept track of my progress of my working out on here and see if i can keep it up. wish me luck i usually don't stick to plans very well but i am going to try my best. :) nite

I suggest that you join a weight loss group at school, it'll greatly help.

oh, no, don's casserole....many a time have i eaten great big hunks of that...
