soreness stinks

well i guess i worked out yeserday becasue i found muscles that i haven't used recently. well this morning i was goign to get up and go excercise but i ave to o homework...unfortunately homework takes priority right now...well i have to go stretch and then do homework before my 12 oclock class.

In general, you should recover for 1 day between doing exercise. So consider one day on and one day off. I'm sure you'll find muscles that you've never thought you had, but that will go away but you have to break throught the soreness. However, if it's pain then watch out.
